Policies

Cancellation & Late Policy

Please give us 48-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid 50% of the rate being billed to the reserving credit card. With less than 4 hours notice you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Spa packages require a 48-hour cancellation notice.

If you are late, every effort will be made to accommodate your scheduled service. Your treatment may be modified as a courtesy to not compromise the next guest. The full fee of the service will be charged.

Service Guarantee

We offer a 100% guarantee on all services within the two weeks after they were performed. You may reschedule a redo appointment anytime within the two weeks at our expense.

Refunds

No cash refunds are given, in-salon credit only. No returns, refunds or discounts on any Epicuren products. No refunds or returns on makeup or other skin care products.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Products Home Care

Continued results are achieved through daily use of professional products at home. Your service provider will recommend a home care regime to maintain your results between visits

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for all of our services, including packages. Gift Cards are non-refundable for cash or credit and must be presented at time of service.

It would be our pleasure to host your private event or special occasion.

Salon & Spa Etiquette

Please silence or turn off all cell phones and pagers to preserve the tranquility of your experience.

Children

Because we strive for a soothing and relaxing environment for all of our guests, children may not be left unattended without an adult unless they are receiving a service.

Reservations

Every effort will be made to accommodate your requested scheduling time. All spa services and salon services must be reserved with a credit card.
